We apologize for the inconvenience that this matter may have caused you and we would like to inform you that we are restricting new users to FBA from being able to create inbound shipments to our CA, MX and US Fulfillment Centers from October 10, 2016 to December 19, 2016.
This is a business decision that Amazon has made, and if we have further changes or update regarding this information rest assured that we will keep you updated. If ever there will be a new details regarding this notification we will immediately let you now that you can ship out units. We are restricting shipments from new-to-FBA sellers to ensure we have the capacity necessary to receive and store inventory and to ship products to customers quickly.
Please note: Shipments to Fulfillment Centers in CN, DE, ES, FR, IN, IT, JP, UK are not impacted by this business decision.
Furthermore, sellers who have just registered to sell on Amazon can continue to sell their products using Merchant Fulfilled but the restriction on sending shipments to FCs will be in place until December 19, 2016.
HYC is rapidly working on an alternative that may allow us to assist you with listing your product as Merchant Fulfillment. If you have been advised that you are not able to list FBA, please inquire of Amazon if Merchant Fulfillment is an option for you.
